Solid Phenolic HPL (High Pressure Laminate), also known as Compact Laminate, is a type of composite panel known for its durability and resistance to impact, moisture, and wear. It is created using special production process which involves compressing layers of kraft paper impregnated with phenolic resin and topped with a decorative surface layer. Solid Phenolic HPL material is at least 1350 kg/mΒ³ dense and is available in different grades depending on the intended application.
